Karen Walton Scott Foster Stole our money Canton Ohio

Karen Walton rents out a lake house with her renting manager Scott Foster. We stayed there 4 nights... first off it was listed at $100 a night.... Scott Foster changed it to $125. Because of this he said well just settle on $550 and we’ll include the row boat and to cover if someone stays the night. We gave them $1,050... supposed to give us $650 back... We clean everything in the house... even the sheets... scrubbed the shower, toilet, bathtub... even pulled all the weeds that were over growing everywhere.

Only thing we didn’t do was vacuum..... all to help her old self out. They go in to check the house... say we ruined the oven.., charged us $150 dollars of our safety deposit. We didn’t even use the oven... ever. We used the white glass stove top... even bought magic erasers to clean it. So somehow they got $750 for a 4 night stay when it clearly say $100 a night. Floors are severely slanted making one room extremely unsleepable and there are no curtains in half the house. And we’re not crazy but the place is haunted...I believe it’s her late brother that left her the properties.

2 bottles flew off the counter and shattered and the sleepable room was so creepy my young son wouldn’t even enter. Every single person felt like someone was watching thrr Er m (maybe that’s why there’s no curtains?) We all slept in the futon in the living room. We didn’t get a chance to tell them that... was going to do it nicely after they appreciated all the help we gave them. Not a good experience, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Great view though. That’s about it.
