Hi,
Planning for a wedding is one of the more stressful things in life, especially when it is for your only daughter. One of the last things you want to encounter is a company that promises delivery and then doesnt perform. One such internet company based in the Kent area is karenscards.co.uk.
The website for karenscards.co.uk is well laid out and according to the about us page at http://www.karenscards.co.uk/about_us.php
Is run by Karen's Cards is run by Karen Bennett. Married, mum of 1.
There is an address shown on the website as

Although there is plenty of ways of contacting karenscards.co.uk there is no telephone number. This was not something we noticed when we placed our order with karenscards.co.uk. But we wished we had now as the order we have placed, is annoyingly too late for the event (even if we had received it).
karenscards.co.uk is very difficult to contact and the several emails sent by ourselves are mainly ignored. The ones we did get are something of the content we are awaiting materials from our supplier and more worryingly the item has been despatched. This second email looses some of its credibility after 10 days waiting for no such delivery.
After surfing the website, it appears we are not the only ones to be disappointed by karenscards.co.uk, as

Although when you try this number there is a voicemail stating it is Karen Bennett but to leave a message. We did on several occasions but to no avail.

Incorrect telephone number

Whilst the telephone number for Sunnyside Web Design has been found against karenscards.co.uk, the two companies are in no way connected other than that Sunnyside Web Design designs and maintains the website for karenscards.co.uk
An error had been made where our telephone number had been used against a directory listing.
Where we have received some telephone calls for karenscards.co.uk, messages have been passed on so that Karen Bennett can contact the customers concerned. The incorrect listing has now been removed.
So it is just coincidence that our first names are the same, there is no other connection. Sunnyside Web Design build websites and not wedding stationery.
