Karhausen 500 euro haus steals deposit lies about property condition Berlin Internet

Karhausen Auction AG BEWARE- they offer property investment cheap at their auction and then you will see, its not so cheap-

First they charge their auction hammer fee plus vat which is mentioned in their terms but VERY small print.

then second, what is not mentioned- is their fees for legal services that they only use one notary, who gets big back handers. you have in the law in germany a right to any notary but they force theirs. and then charge hundreds of $$$ more than a normal notary!

third, you get 'telephone' bidders at the auction, always on the cheapest properties, bidding against you. you cannot see them, all you see is the person next to the telephone putting up a hand. when they 'win' sometimes the property is seen again for sale in the next auction.....so probably the telephone bid does not exist, but just the low price on the auction catalogue made to tempt you to visit the auction and make auction fever.

If you finally get the property beware- it will not be like the pictures in the catalogue- some junk property with structural defect- only to be smashed down- and when you visit it and ask the neighbours and tell them you paid xxx 1000s they will laugh and say you will have to pay 10x to smash it, and thats why no one buys it except the dumb forigner at the karhausen sale.

THEN the government bills will come flying in to you, for land taxes, state taxes etc all that karhauen will NOT tell you about- they rather publicise '500 euro haus' or that a property is very cheap and sensationalise the auction, but they will NOT tell you all the follow up costs, even if you ask.

then, you paid a lot of money, or wasted a lot of time for a fake auction, expensive legal bill and you will spend years trying to give away the property for free and find no one to take it, until you beg karhausen to auction the property for you for 1 euro 500 euro and then some other sucker to believe the 500 euro haus fable.....if you dont believe it, ask for 20 backdated catalogues and see how many property come round 2,3,4 time in the catalogue!

and then ask karhausen to answer these concerns above-they will say no, and then ban you from entry to the auction so you dont tell anyone else!

How do I know? I was f*** by them for a house and when I tried to complain they said no, I said I would tell people my experience and when I come to the next auction they had really big security guy grab me and move me down the street and say if I even stand outside the auction then he will beat me.
