Cingular Wireless - At& T Wireless Outrageous Cellular Charges incorrect service plans added and changed incorrect charges and fees no correction to their errors and collection of incorrect amount Delray Beach Florida

Cingular Wireless AT and T International Plan did not work as promised causing lost of calls and businesses. Calls would go to a voice mail in another language that clients could not understand when so, as most of the times it would be dropped, phone would ring only once when ringing and most of the calls incoming or outgoing were dropped. Phone would appear to have several messages on the voice mail, when calling voice mail the call would not complete. Phone bill arrived with outrageous charges, plane was changed automatically, struggled to reach a human being, was transferred over and over from one person to the other none resolved the issue, account was sent to collections with incorrect and improper charges. The account keeps charging fees even though it is already cancelled.
