i went to bosley hair restoration, i thought i would be treated good, it felt like a used car place, all they cared about was the money, not what me the customer was asking about. The so called dr. from harvard, had zero personality, and just tried to cram something down my throught,  the sales person chris had a terrible looking head of hair, very fake,  and i certailnly did not want the same. This dr, acted as he was better than anyone, and acted like a little school girl when i asked a few simple questions,  he all of a sudden said something and walked out. leaving me and the nurses wondering what had happened,. i had alreay paid for a certain section, he refused to even do that part. If he thinks what he does makes him better than anyone, thats a real problem, i drove 6 hours for nothing.

this man should  get another job, . I would never recommend anyone to that office . or him. It was the first experience like this i ever had, and i am 62. I hope people read this and do not let themselves be sold a bad bill of goods, the customer should always be right, there was no reason for him to leave, maybe it was  a religion thing to him, because i was jewish,  i wonder,  in any event he  has destroyed my confidence with bosley hair. I called the main office and leo lucido, never returned my calls, yet the secretary said this is not normal and couldnt herself understand this, and said this never should of happened, so what going on with bosley? find a different company , and be treated with respect and concern for what the customer wants. If this is what harvard school produces, would you go there?
