After a 30-minute sales pitch about who this company would transform my taxes. I signed up to the tune of $2700.
What I received two weeks later was a five minuted phone call from someone who could have worked for H&R Block
Nothing since! Its been two months and the only contact initiated by them was about my email address. They could not even get that right.
