KASA Stores Perfomancechipsdirect DO NOT GET SCAMMED BY THIS COMPANY! Minneapolis Minnesota

 I purchased one of the performance chips from this company online to help with my fuel economy and engine performance. The same day I purchased the chip I was called by a sales rep from this company to tell me that to get the true performance I wanted that I needed to get two additional chips. I reluctantly agreed so the original price for the one chip was $39.99 and after the additional ones the total price charged to me was $209.97. Shame on me for not researching this company further before purchasing from them.

I can see why they were so quick to get you to buy more because they know how crappy their product is so they know even if you return the product (which they do their best not to help you) they will make their money on the restocking fees. Well I got suspicious and started researching (I know..too late) and found multiple sites with terrible reviews for this company. I immediately called the company to cancel the order and of course they tell me it had already shipped.

When I received the product all it was was a wire with a resistor...Man what a joke that they sell this product and act like a real legitimate company. I sent several emails to get an RMA with no respose. I called the number listed on the web site and finally got someone to get me an RMA but it still took several days to get it. I shippied the crappy product back to them and just saw today that they only refunded $89.98 of my original $209.97 to my account. This is obviously how they make money...This company is a scam, do not waste your money like I did. I hope they go out of business.
