She doesn't house most of her dogs and doesn't even know who half are registered too. She advertises all her dogs are registered as UKC but they are not. She advertises they are all "American pit bull terriers" But they are not. Our experience with her was terrible. The first liter we were on the list for she took over 3 weeks to send us any pictures of the puppy's. The puppies looked ill and not healthy so we passed. She requires a $500 deposit NON-refundable. The second breeding we were interested in, we asked for the pedigree to the parents and she sent us to PIT-Pedia where we would have to pay to register because she wasn't familiar with the pedigree.

We then passed on that breeding because it became suspicious that our "breeder" wasnt familiar with her dogs pedigree. The 3rd liter we transferred to after 3 weeks she called us saying the mother "didn't take". She still has that breeding up as if they are for sale and expecting for over 6 weeks from us being notified she wasn't pregnant. We then noticed she had a male puppy ready to go home in 2 weeks and we were fed up with her not responding to us but we didn't want to lose our non-refundable deposit. We will take the male puppy. We had to ask her twice for the pedigree and 3 times how much the mother weighed. Once we said yes, put us down for that puppy she asked us for a deposit. We reminded her we gave one. We asked for more updated pictures and she again took a week to send them.

Once we payed in full $5350.00 we could barely get any information out of her. She will talk to you to try and get your money and then she dismisses you. 3 days before our puppy is supposed to fly to us, she has some woman name Nellie call. We have never heard from this lady before and had no clue who she was. "Nellie" proceeded to tell us the mother is not registered to UKC but is registered to the American Bully Kennel Club, NOT UKC as advertised. That if we wanted to register the puppy UKC you can but you have to wait a year. This meaning the puppy is NOT a PIT BULL TERRIER the puppy is a american bully. After calling the UKC to confirm it would be an american bully and not a pit bull terrier we decided we had enough of this shady business and demanded our money back. We tried to contact Kathrine being that she was the one who we were talking to since May. (6 months later)

Her response was she was away on family business via (text message) in response to our phone calls and we haven't heard from her since. As i looked on her page i noticed even more flaws, her pages are not updated properly. She never added our name to our puppy, she didn't follow her own rules with the contracts she set in place to be filed out before buying or sending money.We never signed anything and only had the deposit slips for the money we placed in her accounts. She puts on the studs a 3 people only stud service but 2 of those male dogs have had over 4 litters each this year AT LEAST. All the dogs weights are exaggerated for there ages to make them seem bigger. She advertises pit bulls all registered with the ukc and in fact they are not. Maybe some but Definitely not all. She said bossy kennels has been in Business for over 8 years but has only been incorporated since October 2014 ( 13 months ago)

She has a breeding with sliverback (blue tri) x espresso (black female) where she said the 5 females consist of 4 blue female pups and 1 lilac female. She is 100% wrong. The blue puppy's are black, And the "Lilac" puppy is chocolate. And its clear as day! She states on her page and when speaking to her she does NOT take checks. Myself & Kathrine have bank of america accounts, "Nellie" wanted to mail us a check and when we said NO she said she would over night it with a tracking number. We said NO and to deposit it right into our account as we did with yours. Still waiting for that to happen! Buyers do your research, ask the questions and be careful when dealing with this shady business! If your breeder can not provide you with the paper work they advertise, the breed they advertise or answer your questions that is not a good, decent breeder! Good luck and i hope this helps anyone else to avoid this situation

I purchased a pup last month and the health and quality have been outstanding. Kat, Nellie and Janel have been very helpful and nice in all of my dealings.

My blue nose is the most handsome bully ive seen and to see people talking bad can only raise an eyebrow as to their true motives behind these staements.

5 thousand is cheap for one of their dogs and everyone knows that, if you were looking for a higher end dog you should have been ready to pay for it.

 We 100% wanted our puppy. We have two children who seen the pictures and were as devastated as us. To find the puppy was in a filtered pictured not showing its real color or the puppy was NOT registered what we were told is false advertisement. Money was not an issue and she received every penny. After we got our money back we went to a real breeder and paid more for a UKC registered pit bull who has a much better pedigree. Good luck on your future endeavors. We are happy that nightmare is over.

 I just noticed this complaint on bossykennels, and I really have to say that I think that the reason for your complaint is that you decided you didn't want the dog,didn't want to lose your precious down payment, so you did whatever you had to do to get your way. We got Rosie and Max last year around the same time as I see your complaint, and my husband and I had a lovely experience with Kat & Nellie. Our puppies are smart playful and loving. The boy is a natural guard dog! I love them and I love bossykennels!

 he was issued a full refund on 11/12 /2015 and the funds were available the next day I have the text to show. I am the "Nellie" that he is referring to and if you go to the website my name and number is on there . Never had a customer that was so rude ALL the time. We were very happy to give him his refund so he could go away
