Main Pylon sign on 953 E Sahara Ave has been dark for over 2 months. Management has been notified with no response. This is not the first time this has happened. They were previously reported to Clark County Code Enforcement, and sign was on promptly. 

This has caused a major loss of business for over 100 tenants, and poses a safety risk as police, fire and emergency vehicles cannot find location, as this is the only lighted address marker at the main entrance. 

This property owner also did not maintain the roof of their building after requests for 6 years by tenants, until the roof collapsed into the dining room of Lotus of Siam Last Year, causing the loss of one our main anchors that brought hundreds of local and tourists daily to our center. 

The small business owners are suffering losses daily due to this lack of maintenance and care. It is not fair, or right, it is hard enough on small businesses right now, and any extra pressure and loss of business is too much to handle and will cause the closure of even more businesses if not handled immediately

The public needs to know it’s our right and duty as citizens and small business owners to be responsible and to not hurt others through apathy and lack of care.
