K.A.W.S. Very Vague Marketing Ploy to Lure Unsuspecting Job seekers In Alpharetta, Georgia

Where do I begin? First the young lady, Elizabeth, called me with these feel good stories on how she began working at KAWS and how we grew up in the same area, and how her boss also grew up in the same area?

Harmless right? 

Think again! Throughout the entire interview, there was a lace of intentional vagueness that was extremely uncomfortable to me. I began to ask her questions regarding the job, BENEFITS, of which, she told me that the decision was up to SCOTT the main manager as to if I would be given benefits and when?

RED FLAG!!!!!!!! she had no comprehensive clue of a compensation package.

The entire process was a bit overwhelming, she than went on to exclaim how she hates calling outsourced organizations to speak with NON ENGLISH SPEAKERS!!!

Umm, again, I work for a Japanese Organization, and she says this to me a potential employee? really?

Also, the job is in ALPHARETTA Ga, a good hour away from my home. Why in the world would I go that far for a non management role with no definite benefits.

RED FLAG!!!!  I kept rescheduling the initial interview as something just did not feel right about the entire process. She was practically bending over backwards to get me in there.

I am so glad I found this website where I could read other reviews about this organization. They are SPOT ON and no exaggeration what so ever regarding this company.

I am insulted that they would even call me, I have so much education, and stableness in work history, why in the universe would they call me?

They felt that I was desperate for work, and tried to take advantage of that. Please do your research people!!!!
