I answered an advertisement on Craigslist and local news regarding a mobile trailer for lease in a nice park in west flagstaff. 

I filled out the forms and got a receipt for my money order payment . I was told after several months that the trailer could not be sublet and that I would have to leave in two weeks. No refund or money was offered in place for the fraud or in hassle of moving again .
