Kay Jewelers Ocean City MD, Sherry sales person + manager of store They completely stole money from us Ocean City Maryland

My wife and myself got a new wedding ring to celebrate our five year anniversary only to be decived, lied to and taken for a 45 day ride with no rings due to total incompetency and the worst customer service you could ever experience. We spent nearly $11,000 total between two rings with the majority spent on my wife's ring. My ring lost a stone on the very first day I wore it which was our 5 year anniversary date, so we returned it due to quality issues. But my wife's was another story. We had to have it sent out to their jeweler who sent it back completely wrong with the setting lopsided but for some reason both the sales person Sherry + her manager just made excuses that neither noticed the FLAWS even though they have a microscope next to their register. They also are required to take pictures before giving the ring to the customer, but again somehow missed the flaws. So we had to send it back to the jeweler only to wait another three weeks now five weeks without my wife's ring only to get the ring back AGAIN with more FLAWS that neither the sales person Sherry or her manager noticed.

So at this point we just wanted our money back only to have the sales person attempt to refund us $4,100 rather than the $8,600 we were owed since we already got a refund on the poorly made men's ring. We argued but ultimately our receipts showed they owed us $8,600 but then they proceeded to tell us that my wife's original ring to have redipped in white gold that normally cost $195 actually cost $700 and they were charging us another $500 "repair" fee total $1,300 they STOLE from us which we are filing charge back request with our bank since we never agreed or signed anything stating such. Our advice is to stay away from Kay Jewelers Ocean City MD because there are unethical and incompetent along with the worst customer service you can ever experience!!?
