K&B Transportation Western Livestock Express Dirty low jerks fired me for taking vacation! South Sioux City, Nebraska

About two weeks ago I went to my dispatcher asking for two weeks of vacation.  He informed me that I couldn't take it and that he'd need a 30 day advance written notice.  I then went above him to someone in charge at the company and they told me as long as I sent in a written notice within a week of the requested time off it wasn't a problem so that's what I did.  Last week my dispatcher told me that I should be appreciative that he was letting me take my two weeks vacation but it would never happen again!  I worked all last week and late in the week my dispatcher told me to call him Sunday to let him know if I was for sure taking my vacation time.  I didn't call and this morning (Monday) at 8 am he called to tell me I no longer worked for him.  I also won't be getting my last paycheck from them.

I worked for them at a local company doing shag driving.  They'll try and screw you every chance they get.  And one of the other guys that works for them at this company is nothing but an a**hole who had nothing better to do than call them over every little thing I did.  He'd even sit at his house and wait to see what time I drove by his house on the way home from work.  When we moved he got all pissed off because he couldn't 'keep an eye on me' anymore.  He only wants to work 7 hours a day while everyone else is working 10+ hours daily.  When I first started I was working 14-15 hours a day just to cover his shift that he wasn't made to work.
