K&C Budget Lot L.L.C reposed my car for being 12 days late on one payment! This company is racist,rude and should be put out of business. Charles who is a worker there is RACIST! I would not recommend my worst enemy to this company. I have had my car for almost two years only had one more year left and he decides to repo my car for being 12 days late for one payment. Without any notice! He may work with some people but not Blacks! Please do not buy a car from these people save yourself a headache.I wish that someone had told me. The hurtful thing is that I only had one more year to pay and he just did not care. We are in rough times sometimes you may have to delay a payment so please people buy from people who value you as a customer and will help you. Take your money to people who know how to take care of its customers.I am 40 years old and have bought more cars than I can count and have never ran across a racist, uncaring, unprofessional and theives like this company. Charles treated me like I was scum and My husband offered to pay the $400 repo fees and late payment plus the one coming due in 2 days but I said NO! lets just move on because this in America there are better places to spend your money than with a Racist company. if I had time I would stand outside that company and picket that car lot to warn people to STAY AWAY!

 This is for the person who said grow up and put the racial card away. I'm not here to go back and forth with you, I simply expressed my experience with that company and I hope you never come into finacial issues like having to bury a loved one or get hurt and can't work. Because believe me some hard working people do run into hardships but if it never happens to you then hey that's you. But let me tell you if you think this company is prime YOUR THE DUMB A**!!! THAT TELLS ME THAT YOU DO NOT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT CLASS, COURTESY, PROFESSIONALISM, CUSTOMER SERVICE OR JUST SIMPLY HELPING SOMEONE OUT. PEOPLE TAKE MY ADVICE DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS YOU WILL ONLY GIVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE. THERE ARE A LOT OF COMPANIES OUT THERE THAT WILL WORK WITH YOU WHEN SOMETHING UNEXPECTED HAPPENS. NOW THIS ALSO DOESN'T APPLY TO EVERYONE JUST HARD WORKING PEOPLE!!!

 Well my car was repossessed by this company and I made my payments on time. Kept my insurance correct. But because my payment was put in the drop box and claimed to have been overlooked on the following business day it was taken. Even when I informed Charles that a simple check of the cameras and a time frame that I had put it in I was called a liar before he even checked. And the boiled egg that must have hit him the face at finding everything I told him to be true brought him to his senses and my vehicle was returned over an hour and 30 minutes later. But it is the way I was treated, belittled and presumed a liar before he even checked is what upset me most of all. Just imagine Gilbert Godfrey's voice while Charles is slinging unwarranted insults your way and then you've began to imagine this horrible experience. Then not to mention the fact that he attempted to hold my vehicle even after I told him I had to be at work shortly and refusal to reimburse for the gas used when my vehicle was lets call it what is was. My vehicle was stolen by the company and then held for ransom on a vehicle on a completely separate contract. Which is only 350.00 from being paid off. Now please explain how this was ok for Charles to do. Let me restate. 2 separate contracts signed on 2 different days 2 different vehicles signed over a year apart in no way are these contracts linked to each other expect by my name. And I've read each contract thoroughly and no where does it state or even insinuate that having two or more contracts with the same company allows them to be linked. One completely current and stolen from my possession anyway. Then being held hostage for ransom for payment of the other vehicle. The 350.00 remaining balance vehicle never received a single right to cure letter but receiving threats of repossession. And yes the payment is behind on that contracted vehicle but there is a process that must be followed for that vehicle to even be threatened with repossession. Yeah tell me how Charles follows any of his own company contracted rules. As well as what is legal. Take a moment and educate yourselves on the correct and legal protocols for any legal repossession to be able to take place before attempting a rebuttal if you have one. But let me make one last thing known I have no issue with the company or any of the employees it's the company Vice President Charles that is the problem. All the other employees are awesome especially Kimberly who actually apologized to me for the two major issues that where caused by Charles using illegal means.

This is a SUBPRIME dealer.  The payment is DUE on the DUE DATE, not twelve days later.  YOU turned on the collections efforts and YOU told them to repo the car by YOU deciding to NOT live up to your contract promise.  Oh yes, there's no such word as "reposed".  The ONLY ripoff here is YOU not living up to your contract.  No, I don't work for them.
