KCS Billing Servies US Cash Advance Scam Southern, California

I received a call from a man named David Jones, with a Middle Eastern accent. He was stating that I owed on a payday loan. I did have a payday loan, but it was not outstanding. He claimed to be calling from a law office to collect on that loan for the company. I paid, thinking I was paying off the loan I had. I called the payday loan company a couple of days later to see if they received their payment in full, and was told no. When I asked were they affiliated with "KCS Billing Services", I was told no. I then went online to try to find some info out about the compnay I found out that it is a phone scam. I contacted my bank to dispute the charges and got a refund on my account. "KCS Billing Services" claims to be calling on behalf of US Cash Advance, then when you keep asking them who they are calling on behalf of, they then chnage it up and say that they collect for many different payday loan companies. When asked for proof of the loan you owe on, tehy say they are sending it to you in 2 days. So, please beware of this scam. I feel for it because I did have a loan out at the time, but I failed to do my research before i paid it. I did get my money back, but it's not worth going through what I did in order to find out!
