Keen / INgenio running my company and my advisors and not paying our company Ft Bragg ,fayetteville north carolina

hello I am one of the first advisors who was forced while under contract with this company called keen powered by ingenio and then later added niteflirt.

I was asked based on my celebrity status from being on a reality yahoo originally because I am an expert to give my advice first with yahoo.

Where the relationship was excellent and they were paying me and my company OK but all of the sudden I was notified by someone on my team that we were now involved with a company that was different and they never contacted me to re do our agreement and steadfast to our original we had with yahoo.

and followed with live person. IN regards we found that without re doing our original contract and also I was a member I was finding they were charging up more fees to rent their lines.

Where we had never re did our plan and I am not sure if my team mate or employee did this but we were set up on a plan originally to operate our up and coming corporation which we have now but this company was just to rent lines from. They were illegally going into our hosted websites that we owned and sabatoging our sites and messing with our personal accounts.

we found this constant struggle with this company to receive our funding and money to pay our advisors and we are to make a 20% off all advisors that we brought in which was a huge amount. my company invested our small at the time over $25,000 which they still run our company and our advisors.

which they have still been stealing our funds and we can not get into our accounts. We have been trying to get our money for two to three years now and we have notified BBB and we seek legal on this and lawyers are working just hopefully for our company no one elses.

we seek a settlement of at least $250,000 or more. we have documents and proof and site that our company name is under. Our founder was never paid. and she is the spokesperson and owner.

we want to be paid by settlement not serices we negotiated this recenetly where they again blinded us with a service called ether and they did it again by promoting our company with not our name. and we found they were lieing it was ingenio. our founder gave lots of ideas to this company where people who are like her and well known get paid 3 million dollars for our a payout and royalty using her or his name.

please we seek help.....

and we would like representation to resolve this for us only since our case is separate and individual.

this was also a company who harmed military families where we were helping unemployed professionals and stay at home moms.

this therapy was supposed to be helpful and also to allow up and coming actors and models too so they could eat. This has also cause harm where a former celebrity and still is founder of this company was threatened and even put in jail to scare her using someone to set her up and that is wrong and we want justice for this.
