I have been attending Keiser University for the last 8 months for MA. I have finished classes and my externship. Now they are telling me I owe 1600 and they are holding my degree and my transcripts hostage. I already have a job offer but have to be enrolled in the certification test and can't go that without the transcript. Someone please help me. This can't be legal.

What are the rules regarding unpaid balances? Did you read them? Why not do THAT before trying to seek sympathy because of the consequences YOU brought upon yourself?
