Keith Pearson Toyota Repeat visits due to repairs not done right Jacksonville, Florida

March 2012.....My mothers 2006 Rav needed new brakes, we took it to Keith Pearson Toyota. After spending over $400 for these brakes we did not get back to Orange Park before the brakes were making a thumping sound every time the brakes were applied, so back to the dealer we went. They told us it was test driven but the tester must have been deaf. Last week went to get a/c worked on, cost $170, now this week it's not working again, so back to the dealer again. Lots of time, gas, mileage wasted going back and forth. Wish they were knowlegable and professional enough to get it right the first time. All this happened in the last 4 weeks...ps, brakes still squeeling, they said that was normal. Very, very disappointed in this service dept.
