Keith Window Caught lying, have the gall to personally attack ME, refused to get product info, generally acting like retaliatory children Knoxville Tennessee

 I contacted Keith for info on French storm doors. No response. Contacted them again a week or so later, got a response with a PDF catalog and a suggestion to look at some other product than what I told them I wanted. (so no one bothered to read my Email). When I responded that the PDF catalog was not only useless, as it only contained a tiny thumbnail of the product I was interested in, and that I was told to look at something I didnt want, and my inquiry had been lost or ignored, I received a response from Allison Keith that the delay was due to them getting information together for me. That was a lie as they didnt know what I wanted TO "get info together" I told her someone had clearly forgotten and I didnt appreciate it. I told her the PDF was as useless as Provias website (on which they go to great lengths to claim how good THEY are, which are hollow, shallow claims not unlike sleazy used Car Dealers.) Here was Allisons response- to ATTACK ME FOR BEING THE PROBLEM "Mr. Campbell, I'm sorry it seems that up to this point that any information or help we have tried to offer you has not been good enough. So for that reason since you have not been happy with our services up to this point, you should take your business elsewhere. Sincerely, Keith Window Co. Allison Keith" Notice the Email header: Received: from (((REDACTED)))gmail.com by (64.135.83.157:25) via mail-vk0-f53.google.com (209.85.213.53:34833) Notice an established Company with their own internet Domain are using GMAIL...why? Odd, contrary to her defense, they had not provided any service to me, except to waste my time. While spending thousands of dollars, I will not tolerate CHILDISH, CONDESCENDING and RETALIATORY conduct and being lied to on even the tiniest point. I demand honesty. I called Provia, their Customer service told me a Sales manager would call. As others have commented in on line complaints, Provia did not contact ME either. So they both lose...

 I have been using Keith window company for 15 years. They have always given me great service. this guy who filed the complaint sounds like a whiner. As I said Keith window company has always given excellent service at a fair price and I know they stand behind their work. I own a business in the general area and have been using them for like I said 15 years. Probably a hundred times. Totally disregard the guy who gave this complaint.

Hi, this is Allison Keith owner of Keith Window Co. The consumer making this very misleading report about our company is just that, a consumer, not a customer of ours. We have never done business with this person and have never taken any money from this person.  We did offer our services to this person several different times but the consumer always complained that it wasnt good enough. 

The consumer contacted us back on May 31st from our website. The consumer was asking about several different things that he needed to repair his windows. We have a very good service department that makes house calls to help our customers identify old or hard to find parts. Since the consumer had several issues we offerd to come to his home to look at everything he needed done and he refused that service. He replied with I dont want you at my house, I will send you pictures of what I have wrong.

On June 13th the consumer messaged us back stating he was ready to order some replacement screens and some new screens. He also wanted some pictures or information on a french storm door.  I replied back on June 14th to the consumer that we would be glad to help him with his needs. I gave him some information about the door he was asking about and a website to look at where we get alot of our storm doors from. I gave him the name of the door and what to look for. I also told him we needed measurements on what he was wanting to order and had to have some more info. from him to be able to fulfill his request.

On that same afternoon the consumer replied back that "none of that was any help"! The website I gave him was "useless" and he couldn't see anything because the pictures were to small. The company's website I sent him to is a very reputable door company that we have done alot of business with and our customers have been very pleased with there products. The rest of that week I was out sick so I did not get back with him immediately, this was on a Tuesday.

On Monday, June 20th the consumer messaged us back with "Hello, anyone there? I havent heard back from you are you closed?" Another person in our office replied back to the consumer telling him that we were working on getting him some more information together and she attached a catalog from the door company for him to be able to see better. She also asked the consumer some more questions we needed answered to help fulfill his order. There are all kinds of different window manufactuers and screens that are available and we needed some pictures from him or measurements or something to help this consumer with his needs.

He messages us back the same day and was calling us liars and incompitent and how useless we were. Still the consumer wasn't answering any of the questions we needed answered to help him. He did give a measurement for a screen but nothing else we asked for. Then he persued to tell us how bad the door company was and how "useless" it was as well. The whole time we have had contact with this consumer he was talking very inappropreiate to all of our staff and was being very rude and ugly. All we where trying to do was help him and give the very best customer service we could.

I messaged him back the same day and told him it seemed like up to this point everything we were trying to do for him was not good enough. So for that reason maybe he should take his business somewhere else where he might be happier.

He immedaitely called into our office and cussed the office manager out and sent back a message with profanity.

We have been in business for over 38 years and we stirve on excellent customer service with everyone. We have an A+ Better Business Bureau Rating and think of our customers as family. We have never had to do this before but we felt that since he was so unhappy with everything at this point that we would never be able to make this consumer happy. 

I do feel like this is some kind of scam or a competitor trying to cause some problems. We have never had issues like this before and it seems a little fishy to me.
