I contracted for and purchased a home listed by this agency, specifically the listing agent was Maureen Safron, and I had a terrible experience.  The contract was signed as a "turn-key" furnished home.  Upon the walk through I found that furniture had been taken out of the home from when I initially saw it and much of the "turn-key" features - specifically dishes, linens, pots and pans, etc - were missing. 

If I had wanted to move in the day of closing I would have been sleping on a bare mattress, no towels to use and eating out.  When it was brought to the agents attention she made up a story that I had agreeded to removal of the furniture, then changed her story to say the furniture was never there when I contracted for the house.  When I brought it to the attention of the broker, specifically James Quinn, he was rude, crass and very unprofessional. 

Bottom line, I would never do business with this company.  Both the agent and the broker left such a bad taste in my mouth I would go out of my way to choose another realtor if I needed one.  And I would NEVER chose this agency (agent and/or broker) to represent me in any professional dealings.  BEWARE!!
