Keller Williams Realty Downtown Ernest Duran real estate broker Denver CO Dan Schmedeman contractor/buyer Ethics Complaint and Likely Foul Play Denver Colorado

First the broker told me I had structural damage to my  house and he couldn't buy it. The contractor he brought along said he was very enthusiastic about buying it. A month later he finds a buyer who turns out to be a contractor/buyer. They pressure me into filing an insurance claim and use insurance money to renovate the house while I am paying mortgage payments each month.  The contractor/buyer said he would do me a favor and let the adjuster in but then told the adjuster he was the contractor that would be doing the work. he also said as a matter of routine that they would get more out of the insurance company then what the insurance company would originally pay. Then when they want to close after threatening me they tell me I can be sued for non performance because I want to exercisse my right to legal counsel. The broker told me that I could have a 30 day extension and two days later he is refusing. I am not being compensated for my insurance or the payments I made. They also are refusing to wait until my plumbers get paid from a bill last March. Beware because the contract was AS IS.
