I saw, on a search, that this painter also did some dishonest things to another customer.

It is hard to describe the bad job this incompetent, lying painter managed to pull off at my home.

He lied about his abilities, and brought totally incompetent and dirty workmen into our home.

He was irrational when politely confronted about the paint on the floor, the lack of preparation work, the slapping on of paint over wood work that was incomplete and sloppy, and the list goes on.

He did not have any credible behavior but was able to manipulate facts and tried every intimidation trick in the book.

It is terrible to be home alone with such a wretched person in your home, and I highly suggest all homeowners be especially careful if they are going to be alone-- and you are a woman-- with anyone who comes into your home.

If you do find yourself being overpowered mentally and manipulated, please call your Police immediately. I regret not doing this, and I now realize that this painter would have been arrested for not having a license or insurance. I was told this when I contacted the Department of Consumer Protection. All they could do after I finally filed a complaint was send him a warning letter and a demand to become licensed with the state.

However, had I called during the actual time of the crime, the police would have arrested him for practicing without a license and for not leaving the property of a homeowner when requested to stop working.

It was mental abuse and manipulation that should never have happened to a trusting homeowner, but it apparently happens quite a bit according to the Department of Consumer Protection and the Police.

Female homeowners need to be really careful.
