Kelly Peterson - Attorney at Law Lying Crook and Criminal, Peterson violates Court Orders, Needs to be Disbarred, State Sanctioned Kidnapper Provo, Utah

This attorney is a liar and a crook. He double billed my ex-wife in a divorce proceeding and violated several orders of the judge. I read a ripoff report on this website and a ruling about Peterson wire-tapping litigants and it's true. He walked into our divorce proceeding with illegally obtained recordings HE RECORDED HIMSELF and used them, then lied through his teeth. My ex-wife and I are still friends, but this guy tried to make us enemies. I was contacted by a divorced ex-wife from another proceeding he also handled who wanted me to tell my story about Peterson.

It's true, he is a biggest crook in my opinion I have ever met. Every other word that comes out of his mouth is a lie. He needs to be disbarred. The Judge ordered him to do certain things and he just did what he wanted and broke the law. Wire-tapping also involves using illegal recordings in proceedings, which Peterson did. He needs to be locked up in jail, not practising law.

The problem with this guy is he uses his mormon associations and BYU affiliations with the judges and most of their cases are done ex-parte (without you being there). This guy is the biggest liar I have ever seen and the most dishonest attorney in this country. He should not be responsible for children. My daughter told me he made suggestive statements to her during an interview and I suspect he is a potential child molester as well. Run the other way as fast as you can from this guy.

He is buddies with the crooked judges in the 4th district court and they are all BYU alumni and the general authorities of the mormon church run the court in provo, and not the people. They engage in state sanctioned kidnapping of non-mormon children and give them to mormon families. They have been sued by the Navajo Nation for doing this. This guy is nothing but an attack drone killer wasp for the mormon hive -- and they are not a hive of gentle honeybees -- they are a hive of vicious stinging wasps.

Run the other way from this guy and if he wrecked your family like he has wrecked mine and several other peoples report him to the State Bar in Utah and try to get him disbarred. He is a tyrant, liar, and I have reason to believe he potentially likes to handle child cases so he has access to little girls. He also did the things they allege in this federal lawsuit and the Federal Court ruled he violated court orders and engaged in felony wiretapping. Crook!
