This guy stole my money, also. He designed a nice ad, kept saying he sent it out to 'opt-in' lists, had every excuse in the book for not delivering, and never sent 1 email to anyone.

He's a very convincing liar.

Sorry, but my experience and original Rebuttal may be wrong or unjustified

I had expressed my thanks, to this report, that I did not loose $145 by subscribing to the email advertising service we say is not honest service provider; and as a result yesterday, Dan had called me, and was very upset that I had also added to slandering him - without any loss or justified reason - and he had shared with me a lot of information about how this wrong had happened, which includes his disappointment with this service here as well, because there is no way to contact or have this service answer his complaint about slandering his good name by an employee who is set to harm the company, and the option to clear his good name.

While Dan has not yet seen the option he has here to reply and add his side of the story and complaints, as the owner of the company and the person being accused wrongly; and maybe now he will see that he has the option to write his input against our published and not yet verified complaints and opinions; as he told me he found many like him feel helpless against this public service which he see acting also against the consumers by taking my word and the words of people who will complain and be willing to say it is true; so, I must serve the truth I know, as in my original thanks above as well as now, that "I am sorry" that I was willing to thank this service for the information provided to me here about this company which offers E-Mail Advertisement campaign for clients like myself, who may see value in such service, and that I was willing to do it without actually being cheated, and thinking I was helped, which now I think may not be the truth.

In my hope to have the truth:

I hope the owner will put his rebuttal here in his own words, as he can do this best, and this will help him regain the respect for him and his service, and clear his name at the same place we have put what may be slander and not the truth, as I have not yet had any loss or reason to say more then thanks for this service.

I hope this service, will improve to resolve to publish the counter complaints, and I am willing to help it be so with my wisdom, like clearly posting this option at the index homepage; and as we do share our phone contact as well as our verified email with "" itself the truth will be able to surface by the proposed richer service and its resulted increased use within this very same platform and within its richer website, offering both sides and as many aspects of any dispute to be visible on the surface - as this www service is a valued service to all consumers as well as vendors, but mostly for all good people who are not criminal thinking and are honest diligent and legitimate service providers and consumers.

I have been recently ripped off by him under his old domain. His email address shows right up on his new website.

I am getting the run around trying to get an answer from him just to get my ad out, or my money back from this crook.

I have just had a special offer from this person "Ken Craig" c/o "Your Data Warehouse, Inc." for an E_Mail "Blast" at a special rate negotiated because of my limited ability to pay.

What I like to add, is that I was originally contacted by phone, and again by phone as well as email from an aol account; and this report by was real helpful in saving me from sending by Western Union $145 USA - And I was not able to obtain the actual BANK account for Ken so I can use a bank transfer by the proper "Transit #"
This could have cost me more then $800 if I had more money and took the hook...blindfolded

So my point is, they use the phone as well, and sound very capable but without any information to show they are legitimate, this report by the original victim is very helpful as your service is, to us who are wise to search the www and find such important information posted.

I do thank mostly Brucerockwell, from Coral-Springs, Florida, U.S.A. for his detailed and informative and very helpful report.
