You know nothing of the situation. A good father who is under a Court Order to pay 1/2 of all medical bills does so. He does not refuse to pay and force the mother to hire a lawyer and take him BACK to Court to get him to pay what he was already obligated to pay.

You obviously know little to nothing about filing corporations or LLC's in NC. You can file one and put a date for it to start. This is what he did. Filed them before the Separation Agreement with a start date in the future, after the separation Agreement was signed. Hence nothing showed up on their site BEFORE the settlement.

Just for your further knowledge and edification, it has been 7 years since the split. I am not mad. Just disappointed for my girls. He went 6 years without seeing, calling, texting or having any communication with them. His choice! Never came to a high school game or match in 4 years.

So, it really does not matter what you choose to believe or disbelieve. It is all in the Court records and depositions. Noone, not even a Judge can force a man to be a father!

He had all control of the financial affairs because I loved and trusted this man. That is what you are supposed to do in a marriage. Not to mentio, that he was a good businessman. So you want to turn it around and make it my fault for being robbed blind, because I trusted and did what I was supposed to do.

First of all, let me just say that you come off sounding like a scorned ex wife looking for revenge.

For example:

Why should he pay more? Do you have a court order for him to do so? If so take him to court, if not shut up.

"Gave away stock valued at 1/4 million dollars (by his estimation of the value) to a person not related to either of us 4 months after he left. Ok, first of all, I highly doubt this claim at all. First of all, if he "gave stocks" to someone, it is a taxable event, in ehich case there is a record of it. Had you told your lawyer about it he could have included it in the settlement. Second of all, unless you were keeping a million in cash under the mattress, there would be a paper trail for the court to follow.
