 First off, who is 'Justice' and why does Ken feel he has to burble? I shall tell you why. It is because he is guilty as sin and knows it. He just does not want the world to know it. His black radicalism he thinks makes him immune to punishment for his crimes against human beings. I have news for him. He is just as responsible as anyone else who creates problems for innocent people. His long winded speech is nothing more than a tactic for drawing the attention off himself and on to his victim. He is a wicked, wicked individual who will hurt anyone to make himself look good. A phrase which suits him very well is taken from a 'meme' is: 'I hate even a little white. Lie, honesty is important'. In short, he lies and portrays it as honesty.

Coincidentally, the Ripoff Report entry was also created on 4/28/2014, and refers to a business that I shut down a decade ago!

Amazing coincidence, eh?

Harassment or The email apparently came from a 'Dorinda c <dorindadonita5450@gmail.com>', who included no business name or contact information.

Curious, huh?

PLEASE NOTE:  The details below are 10+ year old memories, and may not be exactly 100% accurate, but based on the sevreity of the situation, I guarantee that other than minor details about which services she used, the account below is 98+% absolutely correct.

Interestingly enough, the text of the Ripoff Report looks like it was written by a woman who harrassed us for an extended period of time when we ran an online discussion group connected to our black history site blackfacts.com.

Her harassment started with her creating multiple fake accounts she would use to post racist and otherwise offensive information to the group, and after we started deleting her fake accounts (she used no creativity in their names, usually using usernames continaing the words 'rebel' or 'justice' in them) she escalated her harassment to creating 1 page web sites on services like GeoCities (or similar sites) claiming the exact same sort of nonsense that is in the Ripoff Report.

I don't remember names or have copies of any of her old sites, but they wold usually have some form of the word 'justice' in them, ad I think she sometimes used 'dragon.'

When she escalated to phoning in a death threat to my office, I contacted law enforcement and discovered that she was well known as a troublemaker to the police department of Southwick, MA.  I recall having several conversations with a fellow who I believe was a Sargeant at the time, who had a last name ending in 'ardi.'  I may try and look him up to see if he is still on the force there and might be willing to confirm whatever he can within the limitations of the law.

This person (who I think I recall her last name, but will not post here in case I am incorrect) was suspected to have mental illness issues, and was in a relationship with a black woman (which made her racist outbursts perplexing, at best, but then again, there was the presumed mental illness).

After some period of time, I believe with several visits from the police, this person finally stopped bothering us, but I think may have picked back up with it at some later point in time (but I might be mistaken about that).

So, with this history of harrassment, I am not sure if she posted this totally false and libelous Ripoff Report, and / or is also the person who sent me the email, as I can imagine several possible scenarios, including:

1. The Ripoff Report might have been authored by the harrasser (I'll call her 'Justice' from her old favorite user name) and then they sent me the email to harass me again
2. The scam artist who sent me the email might have found one of 'Justice's old pages and used it to create the Ripoff Report to try and extort money out of me via the email I recieved, while 'Justice' may have no present connection to the Ripoff Report at all
3. 'Justice' may have just written the Ripoff Report and the scam artist who emailed me found it and sent me the email (which I find HIGHLY unlikely!)

In any event, if you find this Ripoff Report, here's the real deal behind it, which reminds me of some timeless and sage advice:

Oh, and in reference to the reason that the business (custom programming for online businesses) was shut down, the main factors were competition from Indian programming shops who underbid domestic work by 50%, and the emergence of free crowd-sourced software that gave away the types of work that did that we charged as much as $150K for.
