I was listening to Ken Michaels Mortgage Make over on 950 am in Colorado called and left a message about my mortgage situation in sept of 2013. You have a junk mortgage send me 2500.00 to my wells fargo account I will not make anything but I have investors who will get you out of that crummy mortgage or you can not send the money and live with this junk option arm!
I am usually much more into doing a little homework and I assure anyone please do your research this man is no more an advocate for anyone but himself then the man in the moon he could not get my modification done even after calling me in march of 2014 saying my people have a motrtgage for you send me 2200.00 more and we wil get you into a mortgage with a pricncipal reduced by 9,000. Wow how stupid am I he said don't worry I will protect your funds till we get this closed. NEVER HAPPENED, so I started asking for a return of my funds as promised. I have over 122 emails well over 50 texts all promissing it to be returnred still waiting every possible reason under the sun has been used!
All I want is my funds returned and not scammed after all he is suppose to be a big protector against mortgage scamming well buddy to coin your phrase what does this look like you certainly have learned well from the scammers

My son has been incontact with Ken for the last year and a half now and has multiple text messages saying the check will be sent with some even promising the end of the month. Ken has never reached out to resolve this issue. He has only made more false promises.
My sone saves all of his texts and would be happy to share them with anyone that would like to see them if it would help to get this resolved. We aren't looking for anything other than the money that Ken took. No additional compensation for the time or effort we have had to put in to collect. Ken did at one point agree to repayment under the requirement that the negative reviews be removed first. When he found out that couldn't happen he stopped working with us to repay the money he stole.
I'm very surprised that there aren't more claims on here. I think it's only because so many people don't know this site exists.

Do Yourselves all a favor stay clear of the liar and scammer as well as theif he will not return your funds he will promise over and over and over he doesn't have a truthful bone in his body he loves money especially money not earned in other words YOUR MONEY, send it to him and kiss it good bye! Everything from it must have got lost or it must have went to a wrong address to emergency surgery (at least twice) lost job out of work getting a loan just to mention a few. Over 100 emails and texts filled with his pure bull. Hope i am there for the day he does this to the wrong person would pay to see what happens to him, deservidly so! Truth is what other people do not him! THIEF AND LIAR with no conscience! You are the worst kind of bottom feeder anyone can be you could only do this if you had no conscience, before my wife passed away she told me please keep pushing him that is a lot of money! I wonder if he is hidding money like this from the IRS would be worth them getting enough info to check him out just a thought! Anyone know someone with IRS ties call me or email me love to chat.
You could teach the scammers how to scam bet they would love it. They might even pay you with someone elses money I am sure.
Ken Michaels is not someone you can trust period for anything lies, lies, and more lies is all he knows.
Show me I am wrong you worhtless piece of human dung and return what is mine not yours you worthless liar and scammer.

We have reached out to this person, and received no response. Seems to have the same description as a previous one. we would love to resolve this persons issue.
