I obttained Ken Nuggent firm to handle my accident case, at first it seemed to be a great experience then I was transferred to some arrogant man by the name of William Holman. When I say this man was crazy arrogant. He didnt want to answer any of my questions and when he didd they were with smart answers, until I told him if i was an attorney then I wouldnt need theeir help. Every conversation I had with this man was so unpleasant. when I finally got my settlement letter it was not what I thought at all. I thought all my medical bills would be paid then he told me that he didnt pay all bill in order to get more money in clients pocket as well as his own.What the hell kind of law firm are you running Mr Nuggent. that man is bad blood for your firm. I would never call this firm again or refer this firm to anyone.
