Kenneth Jon Decker - Travel Time Incentives - K&D Promotions - CRI - Club Resort Intervals Travel Scam Branson Missouri

My wife and I purchased a travel club membership through Club Resort Intervals from a Mr. Ken Decker in our hometown of Elk City, Ok after responding to an ad in our local newspaper. We originally met with Ken to purchase a 4 night vacation to Vegas including room and air. After meeting with him we purchased the membership because the Vegas trips for us and 2 other people were included plus a carnival cruise for 5 days on the Ecstasy our of Galveston Tx for 6 people. We were guaranteed there were no blackout dates and all we needed to give him was 30 days notice to use our trip vouchers. We immediatly told him the days we wanted to go to vegas which was 2 months out. He called us the following week and verified that we were good to go on our vegas trip. We had not recieved any confirmation and it was 3 weeks from us traveling so I started checking into our trip. I first called Ken and he still said we were good to go and he had already mailed our confirmation letter. I for some reason did not believe him so I called the hotel we were suppossed to be staying at and we did not have any reservations. The following week we did recieve a letter from Ken but it was saying that he could not get us a flight for that date and we would need to choose another date. We decided to wait until later to take the trip. A few months later we had picked a date for our cruise. We sent Ken a copy of our drivers licenses along with $600 worth of deposits that were to be refunded to us after the cruise. We this time gave him 4 months notice. This was sent via certified mail and we did get a pickup reciept from Ken. We called the following week and were told we were good to go. We requested written confirmation from him. He told us our papers would be in the mail the following week. All 6 of us applied and paid for a passport at this time. The following week comes and we still have no paperwork from Ken. One month later when he finally answered his phone he told us he had just gotten off the phone with Carnival and was about to call us. He stated our papers were being mailed overnight mail. Of course when the mail arrived for the following week we still had no papers. We finally called Carnival and they had no reservations for us. Needless to say we lost our $600 deposits and never recieved any of our trips. We finally recieved a letter from Ken a few months later saying he had gone out of business and an attorney would be contacting us reguarding getting all of his customers paid back the money we were due. Of course a year has gone by and no calls from attorney or any money. We can never get through to Ken on his phone numbers. We went to Branson on vacation and tried to track him down but the address is a PO Box and he lives in a gated community. We did get a judgement against Ken in small claims court for a little under $5000 but have not had any luck collecting that money. Any help or advise would be greatly appreciated.
