Kenny Rushing has been going on Social Media advertising his BLUEPRINT that is supposed to teach and coach various aspects of Real Estate strategies that a person can use to make $25,000 he says in 30 days. Kenny says that he has strategies BEYOND what is currently being made available. He says his BLUEPRINT teaches various strategies BEYOND assignment contracting and wholesaling. His course costs a whopping $12K. The way the salesperson gets you on the phone to buy is that she asks their famous question: "Do you have a few thousand dollars to invest in properties in order to make money?" Once you say yes to that, they know you have cash and they upsell you on their course.

When you get the course it is nothing  more than the FREE courses taught EVERYWHERE by EVERYONE online. Kenny Rushing is charging $12,000.00 to tell you about ASSIGNMENT CONTRACTS. Wholeselling Houses. He leads you to believe that he will teach you something more than that. What he breaks down in his invoicing as the big charge is the "mentoring" from AC Johnson out of North Carolina who is proported to be an EX Police Officer. The AC Johnson records ALL OF YOUR CONVERSATIONS with him and uses YOUR MATERIAL to "coach" the next "student". When asked what the purpose is of him traveling from his State to yours, he says that he will come to help you set up your website. Thats what you pay thousands of dollars for: A few PDF's from Kenny with a very well done motivational video and audio from Kennys page. I would paid maybe $100.00 for the pdfs and audio plus video. Kenny does a fabulous job of teaching and speaking. Kenny does a terrible job of putting together a package commensurate to a $12,000.00 fee.

When I expressed my concerns Kenny said he would have me come out to his office so that he could work with me himself. The day I was supposed to meet with him, he redirected me to another location and tried to reschedule due to his car being in repair at the time. I gave him another public location that he could meet me at that was close to the location that he suggested, he declined and consistently reminded me that people have to pay him $25,000.00 to be mentored by him. Im still trying to figure out what anyone is paying for exactly. Kenny sent an invoice that he insisted that I sign early on. I shouldve known what to expect when someone pushes to have you sign an invoice that has already been paid.
