Kens Cycle Center suzuki accessories chrome peeling off! Highland Springs Virginia

i had purchased billet chrome caps that go on the top of the forks on a suzuki intruder and my bike stays in a insulated building that is new and bike doesnt get rained on.bike is mint and the chrome started to pop off the parts.suzuki said to give them to the dealer where bought and they would have to fill out a form and to send the parts to them in may of 2008.i waited and gave them time and in 11-2008 i went by there and they was still sitting on the end counter.i was told that suzuki said i need to deal strait with them personally.they had my phone # why didnt they call me?so i call cecil again ,i was told that some1 at kens told them that the parts had tool marks on them and they dont.he said they shouldnt have been nozy just send them and they would take care of it.45 dollar part and this.no sence at all.ive never owed them anything,i buy from them,no more!
