How is it that a company can take money out of your account in your bank when you yourself have to submit your driver's license for $5.00 in cash. $449.00 was taken out of my mother's account and the trick was in the language they used to get it. She had no idea she was submitting to permission for such a withdraw. 


Now upon contacting the 866-889-1903 number on the check, they insist they have permission to return it but the company who has it won't give them the money, but call back in a week. This has been going on for 5 months. The number I keep calling is connected to Kessington Assistance Agency.

Kensington Assistance Agency They took $295.00 out of my bank account after I called to cancel, I tried to call them & the number had been disconnected, my bank helped me find the new number for them, which for month's now I have been going crazy faxing info to them showing them I never got reinbursed for it, they tell me 7 more day's each time I call, this has been going on for months now Ripoff New York New York
