This problem started on August 19th, 2018 with the meal prices that was clearly marked on a letter banner hanging for everyone to see. The price for the item that I purchased was for $42.99 for a 16 piece family meal. Upon reviewing the receipt I noticed that I was charged a dollar more for the transaction, I was charged $43.99 instead. I quickly spoke to the heavy set Spanish lady Angie who attendant my wife and myself according to the receipt transaction, I mentioned that there was a price error charged and I would like to get it fixed. The answer as well as the following remark that I received was not only surprisingly upsetting but I considered this to be fraud without a doubt. And I believe that every agency out there and the general public of Middletown, NY needs to know of this worker's corrupt work ethics and probably the entire store as well. This worker gave this explanation: the price she charged me was correct and that the banner with that particular meal that I ordered had a sticker affixed to the new price that fell off. And this worker refused to correct her scam that she got caught on for cheating a paying customer of their hard earn $1.00. To make things even worse was her following remark as she laughed " it's only a dollar, it's not like $10.00." To me this meant that this was not a mistake or error, but a deliberate scam that might have been going on for a long time. To give the business the benefit of the doubt, I went back today August 21st, 2018 to see if there was a price change as i was told. The price for the family meal that I had been scammed on was still only $42.99  The public needs to know of this poor excuse of a worker and the business she represents KFC, everyone who deals with the worker Angie at KFC to scrutinize your receipt for fraud,  and the scam of charging the general public a dollar more on their receipt, and the company reflects on this quickly and refunds me my one dollar I was scammed on.
