Kentucky Fried Chicken ripoff abused & mistreated the business that doesnt give a dam Allen Park Michigan

During the week of June 8, 2003, two of my daughter's friends (age 13) were in the Kentucky Fried Chicken Restaurant at 8020 Allen Road, Allen Park, Michigan when they were verbally attacked by an adult employee, by the name of "Jamie", of Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC). During her discourse, "Jamie" managed to work in her opinion about how "mean" my daughter (who was not present, also age 13) was.

I chose to stop using this particular KFC restaurant because of the rudeness of this same employee ("Jamie"); however, this KFC restaurant is right in our neighborhood and convenient for the children in the neighborhood to use when they want to go out to lunch by themselves, as they can easily walk or bicycle to it. Parents in this area should not have be be worried that their children are going to be verbally harassed when using this KFC location. Do the adult employees of KFC have nothing better to do than harass children?

Furthermore, I am livid that my daughter, who was not present during this incident, was slandered and defamed in this manner by an adult employee of KFC, in the middle of the KFC restaurant, in front of numerous other diners. Whatever her problems (and obviously they are many) are, this employee should be expected, by the KFC Corporation, to behave in a courteous and professional manner to visitors to this KFC location.

During one of my attempts to reach the manager of the subject restaurant to complain, I was told by another employee of this KFC that I should not bother, because the manager of this KFC restaurant lets "Jamie" say and do whatever she pleases, regardless who she offends.

I find it offensive that KFC permits customers, especially children, to be verbally attacked in this manner.
