Do not rent or buy property from Doyle G. And Meredith L. Kermicle!! These two are the most greediest lying extortionist frauds you will ever come across! They believe in slandering people who are poor, they believe in lying to everyone that will listen including the court judge and the Sheriff in Woodbury, TN. They do things illegally thinking that their renters don't know the laws of TN - self help evictions without court order against people in CH 13 Bankruptcy, making people pay for things they did not damage/was damaged prior to move in/due to their landlord negligence. They illegally evict and then make fraudulent claims in court in attempt to extort a bit of money from people that is not owed them. They believe in treating poor people like crap while expecting others to bow down and kiss their derrieres.

They are trying to sell a 900 square foot OLD cottage for 90000 dollars when it was only listed for 74000 something a couple years ago on Craigslist. This place is not worth that much. The plumbing would need a serious do over because from what we were told from a long time resident is that they just threw it together basically...no surprise really as it describes the rest of the cottage....it's a shithole and was prior to that. Every month despite usual up keeping you would be welcomed by mice, spiders, slugs, red stingers and other things you have no idea what they are. Buying or renting any property from the Kermicles would be the worst mistake of your life!! I definitely would not rent or buy the cottage at 47 Curlee Church Rd. In Readyville. Trust me that there are better houses worth 90000 if you really want one.
