I responded to a kijij ad and ordered fence panels from Kevin Gregory Oickle of Matte Black Metalz. I paid 1,000 dollars down through an electronic money transfer (emailed to @matteblackmetalz@gmail.com)with the promise of delivery within 16 days, the invoice also indicated that if it took longer than 16 days he would refund my deposit if I would prefer. For weeks and months he came up with dozens of excuses and promises, this guy just makes up stuff to get you off his back for a day or two. After 6 months I have over 60 emails back and forth, text and calls, 20+ times he promised delivery or a refund and failed to come through.

All of his buisness is through Kijij, if you have been ripped off by this guy I recommend you post a kijij add in the Edmonton area under fencing, welding and driveway gates. Use the same title as his ad and copy and paste all the online reports about him. He seems to be more willing to send a refund once you have done this.
