Kevin Herman and RPM Vacation Rentals in Tamarindo and Langosta, Costa Rica are horrible. Their staff will enter your home without permission, they let strangers in who steal your property and then they run from responsibility when you demand answers. Kevin Herman who calls himself the owner, will not contact you or try to fix the problem. Once he sees he is in the wrong, he charges your credit card an illegal deposit not covered in the rental agreement and then he tries to evict you legeally even though you paid your rent. This guy is so stupid, instead of saying, "im sorry my nicaraguan employees steal from you and it wont happen again", he tells you its your fault, then he contacts the homeowners from whom you are renting and tells them lies and then he gets a security guard to stand in front of his office. This guy is dumber than rocks and he is a danger to himself and everyone around him. Please stay away from Kevin Herman and RPM Vacation Rentals in Tamarindo and Langosta Costa Rica. I have several police reports and court documents showing this to be true.
