Kevin Jackson , Elite Bullies and Bulldogs, Kevin Jackson Trucking , Elitechamp Scammed out of $1300 by this breeder who refused to deliver puppy after payment in full Dallas and Marshall Texas

I purchased a puppy, English Bulldog female from Kevin Jackson, Elite Bullies and Bulldogs. The puppy was advertised on Puppyfind for $7000. I spoke to him and we agreed on $5250 for the dog with full AKC. Signed receipt by Kevin Jackson showing total purchase price for $5250.

On the 20 July 2019 I sent him $1000 deposit via his paypal link he sent me . I did not realize till after I sent it that his paypal link was set up as family and friends. 

On the 09 Aug 2019, I sent him the remaining $4250 by Paypal - Services not family and friends . He became angry that I didn't send it Family and friends and told me I owed him another $300 for charges . On the 13 Aug 2019 I sent another $300.

14 Aug 2019, he missed the flight nanny , Dexter , 22 Aug 2019 told ground shipper Mark from Mississippi  puppy was sick and couldn't get a health certificate. 

06 Sept said he booked the puppy  with ground shipper Jack of Texas but no booking was ever made . refused to answer any calls, texts or enails.

05 Sept 2019 he updated his hoobly account that my puppy was still for sale. 09 Sept contacted Paypal and submitted a complaint . He responded by saying I still owed him $1750 

This guy has been rude and as soon as he gets your money.. no response . Y He can not trusted, Do not buy dogs from him!
