Kevin Morrison iwholesell Inc. Kevin Morrison scammed us for the purchase and installation of kitchen cabinetry by failing to deliver all the cabinets, substituting inferior/significant different cabinets, delivering incomplete cabinets. Oceanside/Vista California

Kevin Morrison came to us by recommendation of Tile Direct where we purchased wood floor.  We did not suspect him or check his contractor license since we trust the store that refered us.  We did not even have his addrress. 

Kevin came to our house several times in different fancy cars.  We agreed to do kitchen cabinetry (cabinets and installation) in the amount of $5000.  We did not receive any written contract from him; everything based on verbal agreement and drawing that he emailed to us.  We paid $2,500 for the deposit and another $2,500 upon completion of installation of cabinets.

Kevin did not delivered the cabinets on the date agreed but delayed another 2 weeks.  The cabinets came (some in plastic wrap and some with no cover) to our house in a small U-Haul truck with two dirty, drug-addicted looks like guys who demanded the rest of $2,500 right away even they said another cabinet would be delivered the next day.  I called my husband and he told me to give the check to the guy because Kevin had spoken to him and assured him that everything would be fine.  I gave them the money.  The next day (Sunday) we started to have problem with Kevin because one of the cabinet hadn't arrived and he refused to do installation.  I called my bank to stop the 2nd payment of $2,500.  After the dispute, Kevin emailed us the official contract which he wroted down that installation was excluded.  We hired cabinets installor and found out that three cabinets were missing and the materials were not the same quality as he presented to us.

Our attorney sent Kevin a cancellation contract letter and demand for return of our $2,500.  He response but denied the return of our money.
