Through Kevin Nelson's ad on craigslist, I purchased a CPN with Tradelines package.  I deposited $250 into his Bank of America checking account and waiting for some kind of communication.  None. I finally wrote him a week later and asked about the status but he was slow to respond. 

I had to follow-up with him a few times before he sent me a fraudulent credit report with the CPN listed on it.  When I confronted him about the forgery he said I was "100% Correct". 

I have been waiting for the promised refund for weeks.  He does not respond to emails nor does he answer his phone.  He is a fraud, a phoney and a thief. 

He had riddled Craigslist with ads regarding tradelines, ChexSystems, CPNs, credit cards and loans, etc.
