Kevin Thomas Smith is operating a website claiming it to be an anti-discrimination site, when his actions and usage of the site actually are a front and switch-bait for stormfront - a White Supremacy organization.

There is a WRITTEN CONTRACT he created and enters into with all who join that strictly prohibits discriminatory and hate messages. This is a deliberate trick and deception on his part.

Once you are listed on the site, you can never get off the list are are then counted as among his White Supremacists - including to obtain advertising income from non-existent members.

A supervisor and moderator of the website www.colboard.com, he refers to African-Americans as "god d**n (((REDACTED FOUL LANGUAGE)))", gays as "god d**n (((REDACTED FOUL LANGUAGE)))", and post volumes of racial, national origins and homophobic slurs.

He had authorized messages instructing how to build bombs and arson devices for arson attacks to "burn down a (((REDACTED FOUL LANGUAGE))) house." He posts that disabled persons are "retarded" and sends harassment emails. He deletes messages by minorities and people with disabilities.

He is extremely abusive towards women in general in messages and pointedly dislikes Christians in general. He is a "spiritualist" who claims he is a minister by clicking on the free, instant ordination website, the Universal Life Church.

You learn you have signed up for a White Supremacy, racial and genetic purity web site only AFTER he enters into a written contract with you that there will be NO racist, no degrading statements and no seriously offensive messages allowed on the website. It is a grotesque switch-and-bait way to recruit White supremacists, to harass non-whites and the disabled, and to obtain advertising income for a White Supremacy website based upon non-existent members or support.

His actions and goals of this fraud is to solicit members to Stormfront and repeatedly puts up links to their website. Stormfront is the largest White Supremacy organization in the United States and Europe, and is responsible for increasing violence against blacks, Muslims and gays.
