This one is simple.

I went to naturalcures.com to order Kevin Trudeau's "free" book titled More Natural Cures in late September.

I have not received it to date.

I have contacted them via email (the only method seen on the site besides a PO Box address) with only one automated response containing a tracking number that does not exist.

I have contacted them several more times using the billing@naturalcures.com email address with no response. A couple of theses contacts were emotionally charged, just in case the company tries to use that against me.

But I want my $9.95 shipping charge refunded.

I had also filed a BBB complaint to which the company did not respond (go figure).

DO NOT BUY THIS BOOK OFF OF THE WEBSITE.

Buy it instead in a book store, where you can instantly get a copy (I won't).
