KFR Contractor Inc. Kaiyum Rohoman aka IMRAN LEFT JOB WITHOUT FINISHING THE REPAIRS AND RENOVATIONS PAID FOR QUEENS NY

Mr. Kaiyum Rohoman  aka Imran of KFR contractor inc. is not be trusted with any construction job. We gave him contract to renovate new home we purchased in Hauppauge. He is very charming guy but don't let him fool you.

I also gave him task renovating my old home shortly after he started renovation my new house because first 3 days he seemed like he knew what he was doing. Also he told me that he could renovate both my new home and old home at same time.

So I also gave job for old home since he promised to do the job in 1 week time while renovating the my new home. It took him almost 4 weeks to just paint my new home and placed new marble tiles on foyer and put vinyl floors upstairs bedroom.

Not only he did not finish the job on time but left paint stains marks on moldings, new floors, tiles and bathtub. He ruined new marble he installed by grout marks that dried up which he said he would clean up after. Also, he did not properly stained the wooden floor in living room and den.

He did not finish the steps for the stairs which came few weeks later than when started work because it was on special order which we would have ordered in advance, but he told us he can simply stain it to match the floor. He also said he would finish the stairs and hang the chandeliers properly once the steps came in.

Half painted the bathroom door modlings. We called him and texted him many times to come finish what was part of the signed contract. He first promised to that he would come today or tomorrow than he stopped taking my phone calls all together.

Also, on my previous house he left paint marks all over the window and moldings and never cleaned up even though I asked him many times clean up. He did not grout the backsplash tiles in the bathroom or kitchen.  Did not put any knobs the kitchen cabinets. 

I mentioned to take care of many of these many times, but he simply did not comply. It took almost two months for him to do 2 room apartment of the old house which he said it would take him 1 week.  Finally, he ran off without finish the job for any of my properties and with most of the money we paid him.  Please beware of this cheat before you give him any future job.
