K&G Equine Spartacus Stables, Gsry Anselmo, Kevin Spencer Peacock Rip off lunatics selling MOLDY hay to desperate horse owners St albert Alberta

My regular hay guy was unable to get his second cut baled due to equipment issue so I was looking for hay last minute for winter. As everyone knows Alberta winters are long and cold and hay is in short supply this year. I found some hay in Sherwood Park Alberta that was good horse hay according to the ad. Called and spoke with Kevin...oh ya come on out, I am baling up some hay now he said. So I said I would take 16 bales total and would buy 8 that night.

We go get the hay and this other guy calling himself Gary shows up. Apparently he is the financier and deals with all the money. I thought it was odd that Gary showed up in an Atco van, in a hay field, at 10 pm......how does Atco feel about that??  

thankfully we only bought 8 bales that night and did not "pre pay" for the other 8 per Gary's request Because when we opened the first bale it was MOLDY. And guess what? So was the second bale. It was all slough grass baled wet.  

My husband called Gary and asked to be refunded the money and we would bring the bales back. Gary went totally psycho saying it was buyer beware, it was a cash deal and he did not force us to buy the hay and if he saw us on his property or if we went to social media he would sue us for defamation. Right there we knew he had done this before. He was supposed to give me a receipt when I bought the other 8 bales but that never happened so I never got my receipt For the $1160 I paid for hay I cannot use.  

I put an ad on a buy and sell website, had 350 hits before the site deleted the ad and several people responded to me. I even had one lady tell me that they sell bad horses etc. I had no idea! Just today I had someone who knows these guys contact me with all their information. Been doing a lot of researching today. Shame on you Gary Anselmo and Kevin Peacock. I know you two don't care one bit but shame on you all the same!!
