I moved into my home on May 21, 2007. We had agreed to settle on this date, we had a few open things on our settlement sheet still open but we were promised that they would be fixed later that day no problem...right??? Uh no WRONG ...here it is 30 days later exactly and still not fixed!!! We paid almost 300K for this house you would think quality right?!? Wrong again! Drywall patches that were patched wrong, 8-9 holes on my island and it's cracking, a front porch that is unsafe and wobbly but they keep telling me " that is the way it is" A pront porch should not wobble with one hand on it. I have three children and it is unsafe!!

The superintendents here are Dylan and Stanley. Do not buy a house here, after talking to my neighbors they did the same to them. Some of my neighbors are still fighting with them 4 and 5 months later!!!

They are disrespectful and will laugh at you like they did to me. They are both jerks so I called thier boss, same thing!!!! Her name is Kary and works out of the Cary office. Dylan & Stanley told me that they would be by the next day at 9am to pick up my list...um guess what...surprise they never showed up!!! Yup never did!!! Then when talking to Kary she said " oh we came to your house on Fri @ 5pm" I said ok did we schedule Fri??? She said no...then why would you expect me to be home especially after telling me Thursday @9 am??? I even told Dylan and Stanley that I would not be home Fri. evening because ,my family would be here! They did that crap on purpose!!!

They are the shadiest bunch of indiviuals I have ever met. PLEASE save yourself the heartache and buy with someone else!! The prices are reasonable and the homes look beautiful but you will be sooo sorry!
