On 04-28-2011 I bought a 2011 Kia Forte. The sale person Heidi Murry lied to me telling me things to sell me the car that were deceptive selling practice.yet I was not aware of these before I had given Kia my check and drove the car four
4 days. After 4 days I went back to the dealer and told them of the lies and untrue statements that I was told by the sales person Heidi Murry.
The sales Mgr. Laura stated after I told her I have a problem with the car I just bought from them that. She told me "once you buy a car your screwed". Both kia and the dealership doesn't care and are extremely rude to the customers, the General Manager of the dealership Betty Ann Mendelson Achenbach as well as the King automotive group are the RUDEST, most belligerent sales team, they all use deception and lies as well as just bad business practice to sell cars.
The King automotive group and any Kia cars need to be avoided at all costs. The fact is that a customer is treated wonderfully before the check is given to them.
After driving my new Kia Forta for four days, the doors and much of the components that's under the hood rattles and the dealer refuses to fix anything saying there's nothing wrong. (Very cheaply built parts). The check engine light came on 4 times so far and an employee Ted Renfrow from Kia Motor came to the state lemon law hearing I had and lied about everything.
If your in the market for as car new or used car it might be best if you AVOID Kia.silver spring Kia and King automotive at all costs because of the Rude and Nasty sales persons after you give them your check. Even the Repair manager Sherman Bullock is an a** hole...............

They cant even fix a misfire engine light, I been there 5 times just for that alone.
The 100000 warranty on the powertrain doesn't even matter thats not the issue.
A car co can sell you a car and warranty the powertrain for 500000 miles, POWERTRAINS dont go bad unless the car is really a peace of s**t.
Just get the manufacture to fix other stuff they'll tell you the oh this is warranted at a prorated 10 or 20 thousand miles.

Warranty is not 20000 miles

The 2011 Kia Warranty Manual indicates there is a 10 year/100000 mile warranty. The Power Train warranty is the only part that is not transferable past the first owner.
If you have a valid complaint it will be covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

The manufactures mileage warranty is 20000 but all they do is reset the
improper functions.
5 times I brought my car to the repair facility because
of the check engine light, each time they RESET the code saying we reset the
code BUT we don't know what coursed it, if it will happen again and when. 3
times it was a misfire on 495 during rush hour and as expected with a misfire
the car slows down, just that is very Dangerous.
The sales lady Heidi Murray
lied to me about the a/c could be set in the back as well, there are heated
seats in the back the climate control can be shut off if you don't want air on,
(You Cant) the doors are built solidly and don't rattle (they do, and rattle
like crazy) and finally the the dealership which was so nice before I gave them
my check would stand behind there customer and help with any problems that
arises. THEY DON'T. At the lemon law hearing saying the check engine is not a
dangerous situation you just need to drive safely.
Once Sherman Bullock the
service mgr. thought my check engine light might be faulty, He told me to remove
my gas cap so they can see what codes come on, he told me after 24 hours the
check engine light will come on IT NEVER DID than Sherman said give it 48-72
hours still NEVER CAME ON. After 72 hours, the check engine light NEVER coming
on and the first problem the 17 mile per gallon I was getting on the highway
(which first made me very pissed because the sticker stated 39) went down to
12.The rep from Kia stated even thought the light didn't come on (when you take
the gas cap off you have a MAJOR vapor leak) doesn't mean a thing.
I'm
just so tired of the way KIa and there dealer treat customers. I don't feel
comfortable there anymore..

What is the manufacturer's mileage warranty? What was the mileage when you purchased the car? What lies were you told by the sales rep? What lies were told by the employee at the lemon law hearing?
