Kikker5150 Kelly Did not Recieve what I ordered and paid for.... Brentwood, California

   I Purchased a kikker5150 hardknock 125 kit in July 2009. I went over all the details over the phone with Kelly. It was supposed to be a 8 ball fuel tank with a chrome ape hangar handle bar kit.

  When I recieved the bike through the mail it was all flat black. The tank and fenders were flat black (not what i ordered). It was also missing the ape hangar handle bar kit. After i called Kelly he told me that the 8 Ball tank was out of stock and the handle bar kit was also on back order.

  I agreed to stay with the flat black paint because i really didnt mind it, But he said it would be about 60 days for the handle bar kit to come in. After several months went by i called him back and he said the handle bar kit was still on back order.

  Again several months went by and i called again and he toold me it would be 60 days until the handle bar kit came in. I said ok and gave him the chance because i really wanted the ape hangar kit.

   I again gave him plenty of time to get the handle bar kit and when I called him again at the beginning of June 2010 he said they still are not in. I told him obviously he is not going to send them to me so just send me my money back that i paid for them. After i gave him the invoice number of the order i asked him when he thought he might be getting them and he told me that i didnt need to know that because i just cancelled the order and he hung up on me.

   I still did not get my money back or the handle bar kit. This guy Kelly is a total jerk to work with and he ships stuff that you didnt even order and then doesnt ship the stuff that you do order. I hope this guy goes out of buisness because he is a total RIPOFF.
