KinderCare Learning - Shakopee Minnesota Negligent in care of children, does not follow state guidelines, does not report child abuse Shakopee Minnesota

Kindercare Learning Center in Shakopee is a frightfull place if you are thinking of taking your child there. The director of the center Cory Backus will not allow the parents to be informed when there is a contagious virus or other communicable disease at her center. My child has gone there well into 3 years and ever since Cory took over I have not seen one notice but have been told by teachers that there was PINK EYE, 5TH DISEASE AND HERPES at this center. I am trying to file a class action law suite against this center. I have teachers that will speak on the parents behalf and tell of how the most important thing to Cory is not the children but her Tiffany's bracelet she got from the corporte headquarters for her enrollments.

Child abuse has been reported to Cory as well and all she did was put a post-it in the childs file. Never once did she contact Child Welfare. My child will not be continuing to go to that center and I implore any parents in Shakopee that are thinking about taking there child there to reconsider.
