Not as advertised, Over-Billing, No customer service efforts, Unfair / Deceptive Practices ( see violations under Consumer Protection Acr; RSA 357:A) This business is operating illegally and scamming its customers daily. Most will not take the time to make offical complaint because KOA keeps maximum purchases to 99.99. They do this, knowing that people are less likely to complain at 99.00 than they are at 999.00. After playing the game for just 3 days, you will quickly see that the entire game is a set up to extort maximum funds from its clients... Without going into the many issues I have being investigated at this time, I will leave it at this. I spent and estimated 1000 USD over past few days only to get alertedby my CC company that more than 10,450.00 was charged to my account. The 1000.00 was estimated off the top of my head number, but even if I were to double that to rule out any chance of under guessing, its still an 8400 issue...

Randy is not truthful

AUTHOR: Harley - ()

POSTED: Tuesday, January 09, 2018

Where KoA does have questionable customer service, major game glitches, and really needs a lot of help. Randy is not being fully truthful. I have seen him spend an astronomical amount on the game himself. He was not fraudulently swindled out of any money he spent it willingly. I also know for a fact that he specific Kind of thing on the game he was on previous called Evony. He made bogus claims to get money back that he had spent out. It’s not the first time he has swindled people out of money and probably unfortunately will not be the last.

Hello Randy, It seems that KOA has gotten the best of you. That seems odd to me as i have watched you play King of Avalon and show pictures of using your creditcard to spend thousands on the game. I'm writing this comment in hopes that the entities involved will do proper research and investigate exactly where that money was spent and what it was used for. My apologies if this comes across mean but in real life, when you make purchases and use the services of another, you must pay for them. That's called responsibility. So, Mr. Randy Dean Miller, I hope you tell the truth and not try to get money back that you used to play a silly mobile game. There are also many screenshots of you having fun flashing your credit card in chat rooms in order to seem big to others. I wouldn't pursue this claim.
