They convinced me my water softner needed service. Then thye ruptured the lining of my tank and contaminated my whole house and ask me lie and file a claim with my insurance company. It cost me over 17k to fix the problem but the owner Russ is very wise and has all his assetys, if he has any well hidden. It was obvious to me this is the way they do buisness all the time because of their canned responses and disregaurd to litigation
